We planned on staying at a different hotel, but were informed that the hotel gave away the room type we booked, and only had one other option for us (that was not acceptable given we are traveling with a dog. We scrambled to book another room, as we were about 30 minutes away from Abilene at this point, and booked at Home2. The staff member that checked us in last night (around 8 PM) was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful (fixing a TV issue for us). They definitely deserve a raise! We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable - exactly what we needed after 8 hours of driving.

One of the best Hotel experiences I have had. Check in was a breeze, hotel room was quiet even though I was right by the elevator and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good, the breakfast manager was present and helpful. I did not use pool or gym but they looked nice.

Great window covering, most places too much light come in from outside. Really like the room divider curtains as I get up earlier then my husband it was nice I could divid the room

The room was very clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. Outside facilities was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are great always comfortable. Feels like home away from home. You can just relax!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a great selection, and we enjoyed the free citrus water in the lobby. The king suite was very roomy, and we loved the colorful and modern decor. First time at Home2 Suites...will be a repeat customer.

Clean and modern room. Close to stores and restaurants. Decent sized pool. Impressive gym for a hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Complimentary cucumber water, coffee, tea, and apples in lobby. Helpful and HONEST staff. (I forgot an expensive item in my room and the staff found it and shipped it back to me)

The best thing about this hotel chain is the quality of the design of the rooms and the facility. Well thought out! The best thing about this particular location was the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the front desk clerk who quickly came to help my wife after she spilled her coffee as we were checking in.

We booked the room last minute and arrived later in the evening. Chris was at the front desk and was soooo nice and engaging. It was exactly what we needed after a long day. The room was perfect for what we needed and the bed was very comfortable.
